This Privacy Policy describes how Gmail Organizer Agent handles Google user data.
With the user's explicit Google OAuth authorization, the application may access Gmail messages, message metadata, labels, and mailbox state to classify and organize email.
Google user data is used solely to provide Gmail organization features requested by the account owner. The application may apply labels, change importance/star and read/unread state, archive messages, remove legitimate messages from Spam, and move clearly unwanted messages to Trash.
Google user data is not sold, rented, used for advertising, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
OAuth credentials are handled as confidential credentials and are not intentionally exposed publicly. Access is limited to what is necessary for the application's functionality.
The user can revoke the application's Google Account access at any time through their Google Account security settings.
The application's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
